| Description |
| Report on the feasibility and resource requirements to review the operational capacity and staffing needs of each local and regional jail facility in the Commonwealth. The report shall include requirements to complete such a review within a two-year period, to develop a standard for the establishment of operational capacity based upon facility design standards, and to establish a baseline staffing standard for each facility and a standard to accommodate growth in inmate populations in excess of established capacities. |
