| Description |
| Special report concerning the cost impact of state employee salary increases to facilities and institutions operated by the Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services (DMHMRSAS) which are supported in whole or in part from Medicaid reimbursements. The report shall include the estimated increase in costs incurred at the facilities from the salary adjustments, the portion of these costs that are reimbursable through Medicaid, and a description of the manner in which the department includes funding for the general fund portion of the salary adjustment for these employees in the calculation of state employee salary increases. |
