(This amendment requests funds to conduct preplanning for the signage and improvements project at the Yorktown Victory Center of Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation. The project relocates and reconstructs critical outdoor components of the living history experience meeting visitor expectations. It would accommodate revised building / parking lot locations and maximize the use of a limited sized site.)
