Explanation:
(This is one of a series of amendments that reorganizes the Compensation Board. This amendment transfers $41,483,090 GF each year and $8,000,712 NGF each year for state aid for the Clerks of the Circuit Courts. A companion amendment to Item 39.1 adds these funds to the Office of the Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court, with the intent that these funds be administered as a block grant beginning in FY 2014. Five positions are transferred from the Compensation Board to the Supreme Court in Item 40 to administer the block grant.)
