(This is one of a series of amendments which moves the Chesapeake Bay Commission, the Joint Commission on Health Care, the Virginia Commission on Youth, and the Virginia State Crime Commission, each of which has its own independent staff, from their current placement in the appropriation act under the Division of Legislative Services. Companion amendments provide a separate item (30.1, 30.2, 30.3, and 30.4) for each of these commissions, distinct and apart from the Division of Legislative Services.
