Explanation:
(This amendment provides authority for the Department of Planning and Budget to transfer funds as necessary to implement the transfer of the investigative and consumer complaint and dispute resolution functions from the Office of Consumer Affairs in the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to the Division of Consumer Counsel in the Office of the Attorney General. This amendment is contingent upon final passage of Senate Bill 388.)
