"F. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, motor vehicles in the Commonwealth shall no longer be required to maintain vehicle license plates on the front of their vehicles."
Explanation:
(This amendment eliminates the requirement that a front license plate be required in Virginia and removes an amount estimated to be the DMV costs of producing such plates. The estimated savings generated from this action will be used to fund the provisions of House Bill 1727 and sheriffs and state police.)
