Explanation:
(This amendment eliminates the one-time Funding Loss Cap amount of $60.9 million the second year from the general fund and redistributes the funding to localities based on the state's share of a per pupil amount of $91. When compared to the distributions reflected in House Bill 1600, the net result of this amendment's methodology will provide 59 localities with an additional $20.9 million and decrease funding to 77 localities by the same amount of $20.9 million.)
