Explanation:
(This amendment removes budget language that proposed to divert $0.25 from an increase in $4 for Life Funding for the Department of State Police's med-flight operations. In 2008, the General Assembly increased $4 for Life Funding from $4.00 to $4.25. Funding was to be deposited to the Rescue Squad Assistance Fund (RSAF). This language amendment restores $1.6 million, the value of the 25 cent increase, to the RSAF.)
