"B. The Lottery Department, in coordination with its contract partner, shall compensate individuals the full prize amount, as shown in the playing area of the game tickets, for those Super 7's tickets that were generated in error and sold on October 19, 2008."

Explanation:
(This amendment requires the Virginia Lottery Department to provide compensation to individuals who purchased Lottery tickets on October 19, 2008 which were printed incorrectly. The error resulted in over 600 tickets being sold with incorrect prize awards totaling over $3.0 million. Thus far, the Lottery Department has reached an agreement to contractor who made the error to make partial payment to the individuals, including paying $2,500 to the individuals who purchased tickets showing the top prize of $7,777.)
