(This amendment provides $7.7 million in the second year from the general fund to restore funding for right-of-way acquisition, planning and design for a bridge located in Warren County over the South Fork of the Shenandoah River on Route 340/522 which is one of eleven bridges in Virginia designed identically to the Interstate 35 bridge in Minnesota which collapsed killing 14 people.)
