It is the intent of the General Assembly that the restoration of this funding shall be properly accounted for in calculating the revised amount of savings from executive management actions contained in Item 148 and §4-1.08 during the enrollment of HB 1600/ SB 850, as adopted by the 2009 General Assembly.) |
