"C. Notwithstanding the provisions of §§ 56-484.13 and 56-484.17, Code of Virginia, the State Coordinator of Emergency Management shall serve as chairman of the Wireless E-911 Services Board and shall be the official who shall approve requests for expenditures and disbursements from the Wireless E-911 Fund."

Explanation:
(This amendment eliminates a potential conflict between the budget bill and the Code by explicitly giving the State Coordinator of Emergency Management the administrative responsibility for the Wireless E-911 Fund. Current statutory law stipulates that the Chief Information Officer of the Commonwealth is responsible for administering the Fund.
