If general fund revenue collections exceed the official revenue estimates for fiscal year 2009, the Governor shall submit budget amendments in the 2010 regular session of the General Assembly to restore the reductions made in state funding provided to localities operating police departments in accordance with Sections 9.1-165 through 9.1-172 of the Code of Virginia." |
