Explanation:
(This amendment provides $25,000 the second year from the general fund to support Lee Hall Mansion in the City of Newport News. Funding will be used to renovate the mansion's exhibit gallery, redecorate two rooms, interpret one bedroom currently not open to the public and replace wallpaper in the mansion's hallway.)
