"BB. The Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services, in conjunction with related state agencies, the ARC of Virginia, consumers, the Virginia Association of Community Services Boards, and private providers shall review and make recommendations for the development and funding of a full continuum of care for consumers with mental retardation. Recommendations shall be made to the Governor and General Assembly for the 2008-10 biennium. This study would include all aspects of funding the continuum, including Medicaid, Medicaid waivers, thus expanding the scope of the current ongoing study contained in Item 302, paragraph TT. of this act." |
