Effective June 30, 2008, the Department of Medical Assistance Services, in determining the direct patient care medians available for Medicaid nursing facility reimbursements shall expand the Richmond-Petersburg Group to include all nursing facilities in the Charlottesville Metropolitan Statistical Area."
