Page 417, following line 5, insert:
"F.1. Included in this appropriation is $1,322,375 the second year from the general fund for the estimated net increase in the operating costs of adult correctional facilities resulting from the enactment of Senate Bill 1071 of the 2007 Session of the General Assembly. This amount shall be paid into the Corrections Special Reserve Fund, established in accordance with Section 30-19.1:4, Code of Virginia." |
