"C. The Virginia Department of Transportation is hereby directed to accelerate construction of the Neabsco Creek Bridge project included in the fiscal year 2004-2009 Six Year Improvement Program by providing an additional $5,000,000 in the second year from available construction funding. To accomplish this acceleration the Department is hereby instructed to adjust funding levels for other projects included within the primary program for the Northern Virginia District. Funding that had been allocated to the Neabsco Creek Bridge project in fiscal years 2007, 2008 and 2009 shall be redirected to other projects within the Northern Virginia district." |
