"L. The Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission shall complete a review of the equity of funding for transportation programs in Virginia, including the interstate, primary, secondary, and urban systems of highways and assistance to localities for street maintenance. The Commission shall submit its findings and recommendations to the 2002 Session of the General Assembly. The Virginia Department of Transportation shall provide the Commission, within 15 days of receipt of a written request, all information so requested, including all information, data, and analysis used or developed in preparation of the Virginia Department of Transportation's Quinquennial Review submitted to the General Assembly in January 2001." |
