This letter is to inform you that the Progress Report on the Implementation of the Developmental Disability Waiver Programs, Item 313.V., 2017 Appropriation Act, will not be complete by the October 15, 2017 reporting deadline.
A portion of the data will not be available until after the deadline stated in the appropriation language. DBHDS would like additional time to acquire the additional data that will allow a more complete report. DBHDS anticipates this data will be available in time for the report to be submitted by November 15, 2017. DBHDS recognizes the importance of this report and requests this additional time in order to submit a high quality report that can provide a useful foundation for future improvements.
